My 8 y/o grandson has not finished anything big, 2 small pillows from stuff he ‘pieced’, and he did a few lines on a quilt i did in memory of my mom. He got his machine when he was 4 (he lives with me) and is proud of his efforts AND of owning his own sewing machine. He has tried his hand at embroidery but that didn’t go so good!
